Located on Station Road in Wood Green, the Jolly Anglers Pub has undergone a transformation, with the upper floors being repurposed into six high-quality HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) units under Class C4 use. This conversion will provide much-needed shared housing, balancing privacy and communal living within a well-connected area.

The project includes carefully considered internal alterations to optimise space and functionality while retaining the character of the historic public house. This adaptive reuse ensures the building continues to serve the community, repurposing underutilised space to meet modern housing demands.
