Change of use to Coffee Shop
House of Azura – Change of Use & Shopfront Upgrade
We were delighted to assist in the transformation of this vibrant high-street premises, changing its use from a retail unit to a café, allowing for the sale of food and drink. The project aimed to create a welcoming and stylish space that blends seamlessly into the urban fabric while offering an inviting atmosphere for customers. The interior was carefully curated to retain its rustic charm, with exposed brickwork, warm lighting, and an open counter display, showcasing a selection of artisanal baked goods and speciality coffees.
A key part of the proposal included upgrading the shopfront to enhance the café’s presence on the street. The new façade maintains a sleek black exterior with elegant signage, while large glazed windows allow for natural light and an engaging street-level experience. The addition of an outdoor seating area with woven rattan furniture creates an appealing alfresco space, encouraging passersby to enjoy the café’s offerings.
