Crescent Road

The Crescent Road project involved the careful sub-division of an existing residential plot to create a new end-of-terrace family dwelling. The design was developed through an iterative process, working closely through a series of design and planning application stages to achieve a well-balanced and efficient layout that responds positively to the surrounding context. The final proposal delivers a high-quality three-bedroom home incorporating a hip-to-gable roof extension, rear dormer and front rooflights, together with new front porches to both the existing and proposed dwellings, enhancing the overall appearance of the street frontage while making efficient use of the site.
