Coppice Path

This project proposes a loft conversion with a Juliet balcony, a rear to side extension, and a new front porch, enhancing both the functionality and visual appeal of the property. The existing home, currently comprising three bedrooms, has expanded to include four bedrooms, with the loft conversion creating a spacious master suite. The addition of a Juliet balcony will introduce more natural light and a greater sense of openness while ensuring the design remains in keeping with the surrounding area.

The rear to side extension  significantly enhanced the ground floor layout, creating a 60m² open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, designed for modern family living. A utility room has been incorporated for added practicality, along with a small garage for storage and parking needs. The new front porch improving the entrance aesthetic while providing additional weather protection. The proposal ensures the development is in keeping with local character, enhancing the home’s functionality without compromising its visual harmony within the neighbourhood.
